Chaga is a woodfungus that grows on birch trees especially in Siberia. The fungus has been used for centuries as a health drink and an essential part of folk medicine in Russia and Eastern Europe. Similar woodfungi are also growing in the United States, China and Scandinavia.
Recommended daily intake: 40 - 90 drops.
